1. HOW DO I CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION?
You may Cancel your subscription at any time by emailing us at email@example.com and asking to cancel OR by creating an account and submitting a request to cancel subscription.
2. HOW DO I LOGIN TO MY ACCOUNT?
Orders placed for Monthly Subscriptions will receive an email after initial signup to create account where you can manage your account. You may also edit this information in any of the reminder and welcome emails you received. Or Log In in the top right corner of page.
3.WHAT DAY WILL MY CHARGE BE PROCESSED EACH MONTH FOR MY SUBSCRIPTION?
Each month your transaction will be processed on the same day of your initial signup.
4. WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Your first box will ship out within 48 hours. If your first order was placed before the 9th of the month then you will receive your next box the following month when they ship out on the 15th. If you ordered your first box AFTER the 9th then you will receive your second box the following month when they ship out on the 15th.
Ex 1: First box is ordered on 9/2/19. Your first box will ship out within 48 hours. Your subscription will renew on 10/2/19 and your second box will ship out on 10/15/19 and from then on forward the 15th of every month.
Ex 2: First box ordered 9/10/19. Your first box will ship out within 48 hours. Your subscription will renew on 10/10/19 to receive the following months box 11/15/19 and from then on forward will ship on the 15th of every month.
* Our shipping window is from the 9th-15th. That is why if you place your first order after the 9th of the month you will not receive your second box the following month as it has not been paid for yet. For example if you subscribe on 9/11/19 your box ships out within 48 hours. Then you renew on 10/11/19 but we have already started sending out shipments. I can not send out shipments before they are paid for therefore the cut off date is the 9th.
5.WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?
Because of the nature of our service, we are not able to offer refunds.However, if you would like to cancel a future shipment, please reach out to us via email or by submitting a contact form. You must cancel your subscription at least 24 hours prior to your renewal date.
